My dad went to Jefferson High school with Luis. We finally did a search to see if we could get in touch. We are sorry to hear he has past. He was always very respectful and someone that will be remembered.-the Sandman of Coronado (Sand Diego)

I grew up with Luis on Francis St and knew his parents, brothers and sister. We both had a crush on the same girl in first grade at Burleson and when we fought over her affections I told him that he needed to respect his elders because I was 7 days older. He was a great friend, intelligent man and caring person. I last spoke to him on the passing of his mother Sofia and wished him a speedy recovery from his affliction. Thankfully he is now resting in God's warm embrace enjoying that...
