Luis Angel Rangel, 26, entered eternal rest peacefully on Thursday, January 11, 2024 in Harlingen, Texas at Valley Baptist Medical Center. 


Luis was born on April 11, 1997 to Anabel Iniguez in Harlingen, Texas.


He co-owned and operated his own restaurant business, Angel’s Café & Catering in Harlingen, Texas. Luis was a car enthusiast and loved his Ford Mustang. Luis always lived life to the fullest and loved to travel, shop, and work. He is now walking the streets of gold, and will be greatly missed by his loved ones & all that knew him.


He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Emilio Iniguez and Maria De la Luz Segundo Garcia.


Luis leaves behind his loving family to cherish his wonderful memory, his beloved partner, Eduardo “Eddie” Reyna; mother, Anabel Iniguez; 1 sister, Ruby Rangel; 4 brothers, Christian Flores, Anthony Martinez, Sebastian Martinez, & Samuel Flores; 1 niece, whom he adored, Kaylee Ramirez; and 3 nephews, Aaden Rodriguez, & Xavier Alvarez, Zeze Martinez. Luis was a wonderful & loving companion, son, brother, & uncle who loved his family very much.


Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 14, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at Trinity Funeral Chapel of the Holy Spirit.


A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 15, 2024 beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Trinity Funeral Chapel.


A funeral procession will depart Trinity Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. for interment following to Harlingen-Combes Memorial Park Cemetery in Combes, Texas.

This one hit home.. it's sad that your no longer here but your in a better place now. Cancer sucks, God always takes the good ones, but he has plans only God knows what he's doing and why. Everytime we saw you,you always had a smile on your face. Your were like our brother,cousin however you want to put it you were like our family. We grew up together and lots of memories we had good old days. I know my mom misses you dearly we all do. You were just full of life, always filled the room up...
