Luis M. Rios

We extend our sympathy and regret to the Rios family. I attended the memorial service and was honored to be a pallbearer. It was a sad, yet joyous time. What a life! Luis Manuel Rios was a man of great intellect, warmth, humor, and character. He is missed.

I know this entry is late, but I just wanted to pass along my condolences to the Rios Family. I personally do not remember Mr. Rios other than my baby book pictures, but my mom has fond memories of him. He helped her out in her time of need when I was 2 years old (he performed a cleft palate surgery on me). I can hardly express all of the wonderful memories that I have of Dr. Rios, Sr.. From the first time that Dr. Rios, Sr. met my daughter, Kelly, she was renamed by him to "La Kelly" and my son, David to "Little David".
