I had the pleasure of working in the Parks Department for many years with Luis. We were also Brothers in the Masons & enjoyed working on projects together. He always had a smile, was very giving and great to be around. Thank you for your service! We will miss him. Rest in Eternal Peace Brother.

The first time I met SSG Rojas, was about a year ago during one of the trainings with the SCSG. We were always happy to see each other. He was always like a brother to me and would always make me laugh and smile when he got the chance. Brother you will be missed. PV2 J. Davis DCO
