I remember meeting Louise at my house on Andasol back in 82-84. I first met Luise in 1992 shortly after she came to Redding. She donated books to the Friends of the Library booksale, then joined the board. For forty-five years Luise was my light at the end of the tunnel. She was the most inspiring person I have ever had the privilege to know. I will miss her forever.

She was my mentor and my friend. She taught me everything I knew about being an outstanding Executive Assistant. I met her at Hughes Aircraft Co. in 1962 and we have remained friends ever since. We shared a mutual interest in books, art, and music (especially the opera). It will be lonely without her.
