He had a unique ability to light up any room he walked into. His hard work and dedication, especially as a swimmer, were truly inspiring. We spent some time this afternoon talking about and remembering Lukas. Lilli always enjoyed having him as a friend at Morley, their time at MEDC, and their walks to and from school. They ran into each other sometimes in middle school also, and I remember being shocked at how tall he´d gotten when he came over to our house one Halloween! Lilli and I spent time talking about Lukas today, remembering how much fun they had together at Morley, after school at MEDC, and when they´d run into each other during middle school. Even when they were in their epic battle over Gym Cats v Music Club, they still had a great friendship. Lukas had so much character and was an incredible young man. We are so terribly sorry for all of you and will hold you in our thoughts. May Lukas´s memory be a blessing for you.

We knew each other through mutual friends. He went to the movies with my ex boyfriend at the time. we didn´t talk much but he seemed to make everyone around him laugh and smile. He was nice to me when we first met. I am glad I got to experience that with such a kind person.
