Danville……...Luke Avery Davis, age 27 of Danville died Monday, March 31, 2025.   


Born February 11, 1998 in Danville, he was a son of Hilton Ray Davis, Jr. and significant other, Vicky of Hardy and Jackie Lynn Martin of Chatham.  He was predeceased by paternal grandparents, Hilton Davis, Sr. and Patricia Davis; and maternal grandparents, George Robert Martin, Jr. and Doris Martin.  Luke worked in landscaping and enjoyed music, racing Motocross, skateboarding and spending time with his dog, “Cooper.”      


In addition to his parents, he is survived by his significant other, Hannah Cole of High Point, NC; brother, Jacob Goss and wife, Rhyan of Danville; sister, Madeline Davis of Danville; and niece, Shiloh Goss.


Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 4, 2025 at Danville Memorial Gardens by Donald Johnson. 


The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, April 3, 2025 at the residence, 3717 R and L Smith Drive, Danville.


In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Humane Society or to the Suicide Prevention Organization of your choice.
