Not sure what to say?

My condolences to the Di Pompo Family and Friends. After working for Luke for over ten years there will be so many things that I will miss:

Celebrating Christmas Eve.
Birthday Celebration for Luke, Don, Adish and myself.
Looking up words like nirvana.
Spelling Instal when Gary Burch likes install this way better.
Collecting $300.00 for each ciz he smoked.
Watching him set his chair on fire as he's too busy on the phone and smoking away. The...

My condolences & prayers to the DiPompo family. Luke will be greatly missed.

I first started to work for the Department of Highways and Traffic in the summer of 1968 and started full time in 1969. I have known Luke for many years. My father, Bob Harris, also worked with the Bridge Division in the 60's and he also worked with Luke. I have been out of the office and was shocked when I heard of Luke's passing. He was a wonderful person and I enjoyed talking and working with him over the years. I will definitely miss him.

My sympathy to Luke's family. I worked with Luke many years ago at Corcoran school in Georgetown and have many fond memories of Luke's enthusiasm with everything he did. He will be missed. David R. Moore
