Not sure what to say?

Ryan and I were in the same class and shared PE together. I remember him stopping some other classmates that were bullying me during basketball. He was a good guy.

Happy Birthday Luke Miss you brother forever in my heart!

Dear Luke and Martha,
Bill and I have thought about you so many many times over the years. In my search for Luke, I came across your son's obituary - we are so sorry for your loss. He certainly accomplished much in his life - we would have liked to have known him. Please look us up if you get the chance. We are in the phone book.

Dear Luke and Martha,
Bill and I have been looking for you for many years - I came across your son's obituary and we are both so sorry to hear about Luke's death. He accomplished so much for such a young man - we are very sorry for your loss. Would love to talk with you - we live in Woodbridge, VA near D.C. We are in the phone book.

It's difficult to explain, but I've kept Ryan's obituary for over 3 years now. When our Commanding Officer forwarded an email from Luke's mom, I kept that too. I sometimes go back and read it and don't understand why. It makes me incredibly sad, but at the same time it makes me remember what a great guy Ryan was. It's funny I don't ever have to look through the pics to remember his face. Nobody could forget a smile like that! May GOD continue to bring peace to all of his family.

We all miss you everyday.

dear Martha and family, Luke is always with You. I will always be there for you Martha.

Dear Martha,
I read this when I got home from the group tonight and it just touched my heart. I feel like I got to know Lukie through the beautiful messages from those who loved him and your family. He touched alot of people in such a profound way. Lukie has left a wonderful legacy to be proud of. Love & prayers for God's comfort to you Martha and your family. Marie Paxton (Adam's Mom-JDF).

I miss your irrepressible spirit and the way you would light up a room with your presence. Those grey blue eyes, and your grin from ear-to-ear. Your genuineness and acts of kindness are legend. In your memory, many have gone out of their way to be generous and kind to others in random ways. What a wonderful legacy to leave behind. In your short life here, you have left the world a better place. I still struggle with your loss, and have cried a million tears. The pain in my heart will be there...
