I had the extreme pleasure to know Luke when he and my son became friends. He always greeted everyone with a smile and was a complete joy to be around. Anyone who met him was a lucky person. I, as a parent can only imagine your grief but I hope you can take comfort in knowing that many many people will remember him and his infectious attitude with very fond memories. I hope your family finds comfort and peace. We loved Luke too.

Neal and Ruth, my sympathy to you and your family. Having lost a grandson at age 25, I can relate to your loss. I asked God why him and not me and God said it wasn't his Plan. Who are we to question God's Plan?
