Sometimes you don't realize how much you learn from a mother until she is gone and you think about your childhood. I learned how to cook, how to keep house and how to do for others from my mother. There is no separation between biological and foster when love and care are needed. My Mom's last words to me were "I love you". It was the only time she had ever told me that. I will cherish her last words.
