Grandpa, you've been in my life from the beginning. It's hard for me to believe you've finished this part of your journey. Thank you so much for all of the love you showered on all of us. I will miss your smile that made your eyes sparkle, your gentle voice, the way you pluck the guitar, and calling me “my pretty girl”. I love you so much and miss you already. I am happy that you are at peace now. Love, Nicole

from friend, neighbor, from soila and sara zepeda you will be missed, thank you in our hearts forever, this candle light and prayer for you ,thank God for having the time to know you thank you for being there always our angel to,see you in our time, love always.

Uncle Lupe was a blessing to our life. He always put the needs of others before his own. He was a quiet man, both in voice and in his walk, yet his life is a powerful testament never to be forgotten. We will miss him.

You were always a safe place for me Grandpa Lupe. Your beautiful smile and your warm hugs were always a comfort to me as a little girl and a grown woman! I will always cherish the memories I shared with you as a little girl camping and fishing. Giving us rides in your big truck! Taking us to the store to get candy! You will always be remembered and loved!

Words can't describe how much you will be missed - nor can words describe just how much joy you've brought to those you've touched. You're an incredible icon within our family tree and you'll always be a symbol of love, integrity, strength and courage. Rest now among the great men and women who've gone before us, in the arms of our Lord and Savior. We love you Tio. We'll see you again.

I will always remember how Uncle Lupe would call me his little prayer warrior.
At times in my life, I would tell him, Uncle Lupe I'm not being good, I'm not able to be a prayer warrior. He would just smile at me and say its ok my little prayer warrior.
Rejoice and dance with the Lord Uncle Lupe, for now you are in the presence of our Amighty God.
Thank you Uncle Lupe for speaking Gods truth to me.
Your little prayer warrior
Praise God
