The greatest teacher I ever had ...she taught me self respect and was an example of excellence

Personally, I remember the trust she gave me handing over her car keys to pick you up at home and bring you to ballet class. We also shared a couple Thanksgiving dinners at your house. It was an honor to be trained by you, forever in my heart!

My Condolences, may God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

A small piece of my heart feels chipped away. My deepest condolences to the whole family.

To have become a prima ballerina with the American Ballet Theatre was an amazing accomplishment, she was an inspiration to so many, especially as a Latina. She truly beautiful to watch. Sincerest condolences to the Serrano may God give strength and strength to you all, so very sorry for your loss.

Lupe was an incredibly kind person. I was one of the accompanists at the Washington ballet and she always had a kind word to say. She was in incredible teacher and human being.
