I use to work at Country Meadows. Lou was my best friend. After I left I still called him in the morning for a wake up call and to see how he was doing, he would always laugh and was so chipper, even at 7am! My daughter Molly adored him. I was devestated when I heard the news. I had tried to call him and call him and there was no answer, I didn't know he was sent out.
