Jack was my top salesman for many years at Jim Gilmore Cadillac-Pontiac. He was an inspiration to his fellow salesmen because he was such a tireless worker. Many times after a 13 hour day on the sales floor we would lock up for the night, only to have a customer pull up to find us closed. Jack was the only person who would always reopen and spend another hour trying to make a sale.

My thoughts and prayers are with Jack's family. I will light a candle at Mass tonight for Jack.

My husband and I bought our first car from Jack. My father said, "Go see Jack he is an honest man." He was that, and so much more. He took money out of his pocket and let us pay him back,so we could get the car we wanted. Whenever we saw him in public he always remembered us. That was in 1973. They don't make men like Jack anymore. What a life lesson.

Was so sorry to see about the death of Jack. WE have not seen each other since I moved to Florida. WE use to fly together. Our prayers are with the family.
