Luther W. Speller WINDSOR - Luther Wynn Speller, 94, of the 900 block of U.S. Hwy. 13/17, died Feb. 16, 2009. A funeral will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. in St. Francis Baptist Church. Gilliam Funeral Home is in charge.
