Not sure what to say?

Lydia, Thank you for being a great friend. You were there for me in my most devasting monent. I will always remember Christmas Eve 1979... The rainy night... Your apartment... Your mother's beautiful painting. I've kept all your letters, cards and pictures through the years. Forever friends.

Love

Lydia, we loved you and we'll miss you. You were a great friend to our whole family. Our prayers are with you and your family.

I heard beautiful things about Lydia, who lived simple life. Her faith was strong and she accepted whatever hardship came in her life with children’s simplicity not allowing to be consumed by envy or hatred. May the Lord grant her eternal rest with all the saints, in the place of light, a place of verdure and a place of tranquility, where there is no pain, no sorrow no morning but life without end! Vichnaya Pam’yat! Eternal Memory!

My heart breaks to read of Lydia's passing. However, I know she is in a better place. I think she knew that place intimately even before now.

Lydia and I were such good close friends when we were in grammar school. We had so much fun together. I always loved her dearly. I married and she did also. I believe we had her and Edward at our home when they first married. It's too bad we stopped seeing each other as the miles and the years went by.

Also, I have great memories of...

My Aunt was the best. She loved everybody. She was sweet, kind wonderful, smart, loving, careing person. She loved me and my wife Laura and the kids, she would always ask about us all the time. I will miss my Aunt. I know that she is with Jesus dancing on the streets of gold, and one day I will see her again. And from my wife Laura, Dear Aunt Lydia, thank you for accepting me when others didn't.
