Not sure what to say?

I'm sorry to be writing this so belatedly, but I only recently learned of Lydia's passing. My heartfelt sympathy to Ward and family.

Lydia was a joy and an inspiration and a wellspring of enthusiasm and encouragement to everyone who crossed her path. It was a privilege to be a small part of her life and to experience the aura of her grace, her infectious humor and her boundless good will.

Lydia was truly the most vibrantly alive person I've known. She left those who met her with a sense of awe at her zest for life, her optimism, her enthusiasm and her unconditional love. It was wonderful to have known her, if only briefly. The world has been greatly enhanced by her life as well as her exceptional artist talent.

I was so sad to learn of your loss. What a wonderful person!

Much love, Challis Johnson
