I was a reading specialist in the BASD with Lydia. I remember her so well at our meetings! She had lots to share, was very animated and helpful to all of us! She was passionate about her work with the children and I will always remember her as a `ball of fire´ (in a good way!) at our meetings. I am sorry for your `earthly´ loss of Lydia. She will always be with you~

Lydia was a truly extraordinary human. She taught me so much. Her humor, her intelligence, her sense of beauty, and her passion were inspiring. She sought justice in a world filled with injustice. I will truly miss her.
