Lydia Mae Miller, 72, of Syracuse, went to be with the Lord at 3 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 23, 2025, at her residence. The family will hold private services at a later date. Miller-Stewart Funeral Home, Middlebury, is handling arrangements.

I´m so sorry. I was a nurse at the Elkhart Clinic (Endocrinology) and enjoyed Lydia. We shared a lot of our Diabetic stories. She was a kind person. I´m blessed to have known her and hopefully helped with her Insulin/Pump questions. Condolences and hugs to her family.
