I came to know Lydia and Frank over 20 years ago during my first visit to Holden Village when I was Head Watri, auctioneer for the Jubilee Auction and Emcee for the 4th of July Parade. I was privileged to be guest in the Wise's lovely home in Tacoma and they visited me in Arizona a few times. We shared our Lutheran Faith, a love of music and a deep appreciation for Holden Village. I had the pleasure of coming to know Frank and Lydia over 20 years ago during my first visit to Holden Village. I was in my mid 20s and single, working as the Head Watri that summer.
