Lyle´s name just came up this Monday as a group of us were remembering the loss of another in the construction industry. The phrase, " he was one of the good ones" was used. His memory lives on. Remembering a life well lived!

Hi Lyle, It´s hard to believe that so many years have passed. I wanted to tell you about Maddie and Mel. Marty calls Madeline `Smiley´ because she is always smiling. You might call her `legs´ because she is all legs. She has always rushed into life head first, she may get that from you. Amelia we call Mel, it seems to fit her. She has not come into her own yet, she is still very much a Momma´s girl. Mel loves her friends and I think may become very athletic. Time will tell. They are both...

We are coming up on five years now ... can't say it is getting any easier as time goes by. I thought of you over the weekend at Grandpa Charlie's memorial service - hope you guys bump into each other up there. You'd be proud of Joanne she's done an incredible job of handling things here. Regardless, I still do my best to keep an eye out for her and the kids in case they should need anything, and I will continue to do that as long as I'm still breathing, you can count on that....
