Lyle Dean Downs

Lyle was a good man. He carred about others and was always willing to offer a helping hand when needed. Lyle rented from us for 15 years and over those 15 years he was never a day late on rent. Lyle lived in a fourplex and every morning after a snow Lyle was out clearing the sidewalks for all of the tenants - no matter how cold and never with a complaint. He will be missed.
