Not sure what to say?

I have known Lyle for many years through TWA. I am so sorry to hear of his passing...but know he is standing next to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ...He will be missed by so many..our love and sympathy to his family.. Captain Phil Meyer and Paulette

Marnie and Family: It is hard to find words to express my sorrow and my sympathy to you all. I have lots of fond memories of Lyle when we grew up together in Friend, and I know you all will be ok, knowing that lyle is with the lord. God Bless all lof you...Bob & Sherri Mitchell

Marnie, I am praying for you and the family as you gather to share Lyle's home-going. You were always a loving mentor to me during your years at TCA. I wouldn't be the woman I am today without your wisdom and humor! I'm sure Lyle cherished every year with you and you with him. Grace to you, Mary Helen Noland

No one better exhibited the character and kindness of our Lord Jesus Christ than Lyle. The memory of his warm smile, devotion to family and church is fresh in our hearts today. We feel blessed to have known him, Marnie, Byron, Rebekah, and B. Well done, Lyle, good and faithful servant!

I am so very saddened to hear of Lyle's passing------what a lovely, gentle, generous, funny man-----he was devoted to his Faith, his family, and his friends----it was my pleasure to fly with him at TWA-------he certainly fought the good fight after his injury and was an inspiration to all who knew him------he will be in all of our hearts forever-------May your memories of all that he was, and all that he did bring you comfort at this time

Marnie,

Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers. Lyle was a special man and I know he will be greatly missed.

I will never forget the times I shared with Lyle in the "pit choir" during the Easter season. How appropriate that the Lord chose this time to call him home.

We are praying for all of you as you prepare to honor Lyle's wonderful life on Wednesday. May God comfort you as only He can at this time.

When I was a kid, Mr. Mitchell always met me at church with a little joke to make me laugh. His sweet spirit and humor will be missed. My prayers are with the entire Mitchell family.
