Sue and Dean, you all have my greatest sympathy. I really enjoyed the times Lyle and I worked with the OA while Dean was active, then the times we worked together with the Golden Acorn Program. His smile and sense of humor and perspective will be sorely missed. Your Friend.

I had the pleasure of woking with Lyle and talking to him often about our common interests. I will always remember how passionate he was about Corvettes, art and travel. He was a brilliant man with a great sense of humor; he did not see problems but opportunities. I will miss him greatly.

Lyle-I will miss our conversations about Scouting, Philmont and our children. As Scoutmaster you molded many young men and influenced many lives. Your leadership and passion were very evident in how you loved the things you did.

Lyle was an incredible mentor figure and coworker. There was never an item that he could not intelligently speak about. I will always cherish the knowledge I learned from him.
My sincerest condolences go out to his family.

I feel blessed to have known and worked with Lyle these past six years. One day Lyle wore his Sponge Bob Square tie to work. When I commented on how my kids loved Sponge Bob he took it off and offered it with a smile and the condition that I promise to wear it. I will wear it proudly today.

Lyle was a great friend and I will miss him dearly. I feel very blessed for the time he was in my life and I can't imagine going to the office and not seeing him. He treated me like another daughter and was always there for me when I needed to talk. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time.
