Lynda Richardson Jacobs, 76, of Hickory Valley, passed away Monday morning, October 14th, at her home.
The daughter of the late Paul Elisha and Gertie Randle Richardson, Lynda was married to Danny Jacobs on July 25, 1975 and together, they made a life on their farm until his passing on April 25, 2000. She loved her work and life on the farm in Hickory Valley especially being a cattle farmer caring for the herd.
Mrs. Jacobs was an active member of her community, as well. In addition to her work with cattle, Lynda also was a dietician working at both Western Mental Health Institute and Bolivar General Hospital. She spent many hours cooking and helping others, but her most treasure time was spent with her grandchildren and her family.
