Not sure what to say?

Please accept my condolences for your loss. I have very fond memories of Lynda from when I was a child visiting my grandmother each summer. My grandmother Katy Herndon was best friends with Dick’s parents and so I often went to play at Lynda and Dick’s. I was super shy but she was always so warm and welcoming with that beautiful smile and always made me feel at home. I am so glad she continued to have such a wonderful life full of love and fun!

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Your mom is beloved by our family. She was the always-nice mom on our block. She always made me feel like she was especially happy to see me. She was beautiful inside and out. We are so sorry to hear of her passing, but oh what a wonderful guardian angel she will make!

I remember the first time that I met your mother face-to-face. Richard and I had been at Treviño‘s drinking hurricanes and we were sitting in the living room. When he heard her arriving into the house, he immediately jumped up and ran out the back door leaving me there to visit with his mother. She was very kind and we felt very supported and like special people when Ellen and I later returned for visits and were married. A wonderful woman who will remain an important part of my life

To Lynda's family and loved ones:
I want to tell you about your Mom's and my connection through the years. I first met her as a student at Sharyland Elem. where she came to teach. I think it was her first job as she was not that much older than we were. We all thought she was so pretty and kind. The girls would all eagerly wait to see what cute, fashionable dress she would wear each day. I BELIEVE she only taught a year and then she married Dick. I still remember her lovely wedding...

Twinkling eyes and sweet, easy smile, Lynda was a blessing to many! Our condolences to all of her family. May the Lord comfort you all with mercy and love. "Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, Who comforts us in all our affliction so that we will be able to comfort those who are in any affliction with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by...
