Lynn M. Cole, 59, of Pittsburgh, passed away peacefully Saturday, March 12, 2022, surrounded by her family and beloved dogs. She was born Oct. 16, 1962, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of Barbara M. Zollinger Cole, of Jeannette, and the late Donald E. Cole. Lynn was a 1980 graduate of Jeannette High School, a 1984 graduate of Carlow College with a B.S. in Psychology and Business Management, and a 1991 graduate of CCAC for Respiratory Therapy. In 2007, Lynn completed studies at the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy and became a massage therapist and Reiki Master. She worked many years at the Montefiore and Presbyterian Hospitals in Pittsburgh. Lynn was passionate about animals, especially her dogs. She also enjoyed traveling, especially trips to the beach with her family. In addition to her father, Lynn was predeceased by a brother, Donald A. Cole. In addition to her mother, Lynn is survived by her partner of 28 years, Tina Melotti; a daughter, Mya D. Cole; a sister, Meggan D. Cole; nephews, Sam Harper and Cameron Cole (Robin Picklo); great-nephews, Nolan and Luca; and aunts, Diane Little, Patricia Constantine and Joanne Baughman (Lou). Friends will be received from 3 until the time of service at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the JOHN V. GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME INC., 228 N. Second St., Jeannette, with Dr. Rev. Clifford Hockensmith officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
