I am so glad to be reminded of Lynn Daniel. He epitomized the "worker intellectual." Aside from an Australian anthropologist I never met but who stumbled on a copy of FROM KIN TO CLASS, Speculations on the origins of female subjugation, and got in touch on-line, Lynn was the only man who really "grokked" the basis for my speculations. Martha Jane and family. I am so sorry for your loss. As I sat working at my desk in the window of my condo I watched Lynn slowly pedaling up and down Clairmont Avenue many many times. I will miss seeing him. I will keep you all in my thoughts. Steve McGuire

Martha Jane - Ann and I just found out about Lynn. So much about his obit rings so very true. The words "Bible Study" will always mean only one thing to me and only wish we had a few more sessions. Wishing you peace and comfort.
