I will never forget the first day that I met Lynn as I caught her last name of Neubauer and stopped to say Hi. Little did I know that years later I would be honored to work with her so closely and to become friends. As in her personal life she was always so calm, gracious, compassionate, and willing to help anyone at work. Her friendship was priceless and she is deeply missed. Lynn made the world a better place. I will miss seeing her at Excellus and especially her smile. Many prayers during this difficult time.

Lynn was such a sweet person. I remember when I started at Excellus she was one of the first people I met. I'm very sad to learn of her passing and I'm sending prayers for her family to get through this difficult time.

We were deeply devastated when I heard of Lynn's passing. We first met Lynn when she was at College in Brockport with our daughter Sarah. Lynn was always a sweet, kindhearted and full of life person, inside and out. I think that anyone who met Lynn fell in love with her. She will be truly missed by so many people.
