Not sure what to say?

Mary Ann,
I received a phone call from a friend I worked with at Convergys (I retired from there In March 2008) which advised me that Lynn had passed away. I was most taken back.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I will remember you and your family in prayer. The Lord is truly the only source of comfort one can have at a time like this.

Mary Ann,
I found out yesterday that Ed (I always called him Ed) passed away. I feel sad that I did not know sooner. I would definitely have come to his memorial.

Mary Ann, as you well know, he was a wonderful, loving person. He had an easy smile and very easy to like. He was humble and unassuming, although he had many notable accomplishments in his life. He will be greatly missed.

I hope all is well with you. May God bless you and your loved ones with comfort and...

Mary Ann,
I just found out about Lynn's passing today at work. I would sometimes see Lynn in the breakroom and was very upset to hear of his passing. I have recently lost my husband so I can say to some degree I know what you are going through. I would love to hear from you when you are up to conversation. It has been a long time but I remember the talks we used to have.
May God's love give you some kind of peace in this time of need. Lean on him he will never fail to be everywhere...

Dear Aunt Martha and Uncle Duane, So very sorry to hear about Lynn's passing, so very hard to belive. I love you both. May the Lord hold you in His loving arms.
Love, your niece Suzy and husband, Rich.
