Not sure what to say?

Our first meeting in homeroom at Jonas Salk Jr HS Levittown NY. Age 12 yr. She had an unusual hairdo in a topknot, and I asked if she was Pebbles from the Flintstones.

From junior high at age 12 to our being retired at 71, Lynn and I remained in contact throughout the years and miles. Every time we spoke or hung out, it was as if no time elapsed. We went from reminiscing about Levittown to discussing our plans for the future, be it in Colorado, on the east coast, or throughout the world. In this past year, Lynn spoke of her lifelong passion of skiing and sent this picture while telling stories of skiing down the slopes as soon as she received the green...

Yes, those were indeed BEAUTIFUL words written about the dearest Lynn I will ever know. After almost 40 yrs. of a very adventurous friendship, we had many a laugh while hiking to the bottom of the Grand Canyon, rafting on the wild rivers, hiking the 14er's, skiing many Colorado slopes, & fishing for Halibut & Salmon in Alaska (while eating an entire half gallon of ice cream together, because it was cheaper!!) Mariah, I am so happy that you had such a WONDERFUL MOM, who will be greatly...

Lynn. Those of us who called you close friend since childhood, will hold you in our hearts always. Your warmth, your love of life, your laughter and most of all your steadfast friendship- all this will stay with us. I will miss your voice and the ease at which we could speak of anything. My lovely friend, rest in peace.

Sending our love and sympathy to Mariah and to all of her friends whos lives she touched.

Many wonderful memories with Lynn - book club, Princeton Hot springs - so many laughs- I think of her often and will miss her very much. She was quite an adventurous soul! Cathy Benecke

Mariah... so sad you will be without your Mom, but you will carry her spirit and mantra with you always. We will miss Lynn, too... her contagious laugh and fun-time attitude. Love you, Pam and Tom Groebner

Have to add another note with this beautiful picture of her. It was a gorgeous warm Fall day. I was visiting my cousin Linda in Denver. Lynn drove up to her home to pick me up. The three of us walked on a beautiful hiking trail by Linda's home with the Aspens and view of the Rocky Mountains. Lynn stopped and said this is like Shangri-La we have to take pictures! Then in her mischievous way said "Oh wow this is a perfect picture for my online dating profile.....the men will be running...
