Bud was a such a sweet man and a brave and talented deep sea diver. He was an incredible friend to my dad, Torrance Parker. My sister, CynDy, aptly expressed "that dear Bud is safely with Daddy in the deep blue seas of the beyond. My sister, Melissa, shared "He is an Angel with the Angels."
We all loved Bud dearly. Our deepest condolences to Bud's family. ❤
