Not sure what to say?

In 1975, I attended Wheelock College to pursue a Master´s Degree in Early Childhood Education. When I began my student teaching at the Melrose Day Care Center, I knew very little about the "nuts and bolts" of working with preschool aged children. (On my first day there, a child jumped from the climbing frame and landed directly on me, and I had no idea what to do!) Luckily for me, Lynne Brill was on hand as one of my "cooperating teachers"; she stepped right in and treated it as a "teachable...

Lynne Brill lit up the room with her warmth and effervescent smile! I had the privilege to know her through my sister Justyn and brother-in-law Eli. She welcomed my sister into her family with a warm motherly embrace. I will always remember her joy. Her remarkable love for her husband John and son touches my heart to this day. Sending my love to John and Eli. Tasha

Lynne shined brightly in life, and it was in her work with children where I witnessed her just beam! As part of the preschool teaching team at The Hampshire College Children´s Center, I worked under her directorship for 6 years. Lynne created an exceptionally enriching and supportive environment for both children and staff. That professional experience is one that, 30 years later, I still cherish. My sincere sympathies to her family for their loss.

I feel terrible. My heartfelt sympathy and love to Wendy, Susie and the entire family. Love, Cindy

Remembering many neighborhood years together- then school years. Wonderful woman- loving sister, wife, mother and friend... Loving condolences to you all.

Thank you, Lynne for your wonderful work with our son Gavin at the Hampshire College children´s center. You are greatly appreciated by our community, and you will be sorely missed.

I have fond memories of volunteering with Lynne at the Northampton Survival Center years ago. I was a young mother and had just lost my own mother and I think she sensed that I could use some nurturing and laughter. I'm grateful that I got to know her, she was a wonderful person, a bright light. May her memory be a blessing.
