Lynne Cherry

To me, Lynne was always "Mrs. Cherry," my childhood piano teacher for many years back in Berea, Ohio. I loved going to the stylish Cherry home on S. Rocky River Drive and playing on one of their two baby grand pianos (and occasionally a harpsichord on loan from Baldwin-Wallace). Although I wasn´t the most adept student, she was a wonderful teacher and we had many enlightening conversations about classical music and myriad other topics during my weekly lessons. Visiting her was always a feast...
