Not sure what to say?

I am very saddened to hear this news. Lynne played a pivotal role in inspiring my passion for Deaf education. She was deeply knowledgeable and was able to share that knowledge in ways that inspired those around her. My sincere condolences to Lynne's family.

When I think of Lynne, I think of her wit, her organizational skills, her enjoyment of her job, and her deep love for her husband and sons. She must be terribly missed, and I send out my condolences across the oceans to her family and dearest friends.

It was a privilege to work with Lynne and such a gift to be her friend and colleague even before she entered the field of Deaf Education. She was an amazing teacher who cared so much for those in her care. The hole she leaves in our lives is immeasurable. My deepest condolences to Mike, Jared and Nick.

Very sad to hear of Lynne's passing and sincere condolences go to her whanau and all who knew her. She was a tremendous light in Deaf Education, shaping not just the lives of students, but as a leader, the lives and careers of the teachers and support staff. Her positive impact endures, as so many in education were influenced by her ways and carry with us what she taught us. Aroha Atu, Aroha Mai x
