Not sure what to say?

There was a gang of four of us in the Anthro Dept at UCLA. Jill Sampson beautiful blonde Jewish girl, me Redhaired WASP, Debbie Herczog, a brunette Catholic and Lynne, one of the most beautiful brunettes ever. I was in a gas station once with her and a guy killed the engine in his car because he was so distracted staring at her, I felt like chopped liver!!! But she wanted to be appreciated more for her brains even though she was a covergirl, Seventeen Magazine, 1967, I think she mentioned...

Our friend from Birmingham High School, David Mark, informed me of Lynn's passing. We were classmates in high school and at UCLA I would see her in passing. She was a sweet, kind person as I remember her, a good student, someone of quality and good nature. My condolences to her family and friends. All blessings. Robert Glasner

Lynne was a great friend at UCLA always full of life and fun to be with

Lynne will always have a special place in the hearts of the Pettler/Shapiro family. The world is a better place because she was in it. We will never forget the amazing/insightful tour that only a brilliant person like Lynne could give us of the city of Chicago, its art and museums! We also had a blast watching her marching in the parade (I think it was her garden club). Loved her email address of Garden Lady. Yes, she left her mark and she will be missed! XO
