Even though we were in separate divisions of Gilbert/Commonwealth (Commonwelath), I had the opportunity to interface with Lytle on several occasions and once when he was assisting the Hope House. He was always professional and was a well respected engineer and manager. As described in his obituary, Lytle had an accomplished engineering career and his private and family life was the same way.

What a blessing it has been to know Lytle for over 40 years! Our Sunday's spent together at First United Methodist Church will never be forgotten. Lytle's gentleness and kindness was one of kind. Working with him on projects like The Crop Walk was so memorable. People saw Christ in him and through him by his actions. Certainly, a life well lived! Surely, there is a place for you in heaven. With great love and respect.
