My Mom called me earlier this week to let me know that Sr. Mary Paulette had passed away.

I first knew Sister Mary Paulette as "Jeannie". She baby-sat me and my younger siblings. I remember that she was a great athlete. She would often take me to Clove Lakes Park and I would watch her play in pick-up basketball games. She was always as good as, and usually better than, the guys she played against.

sweet,smiling and child-like in her simplicity, Sister Paulette is now at peace in the care of her heavenly Father.

Regina, you were one of the best on the basketball court! Glad I got to renew our friendship when we did.
