M. MADELINE KRISH

KRISH, M. MADELINE Burton Age 92, passed away Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at The Pines of Goodrich. M. Madeline Krish was born on March 18, 1924 to John Henry and Thressa Farrell Lundy in Owosso, MI. She lived in Owosso until her marriage to Andrew John Krish on August 17, 1946. The newlyweds moved to Flint, MI shortly after their wedding. Our mother was blessed with the gift of contentment; content to live in the same house and be happily married to the same man for 60 years, content to stay at home and raise four children, content with what she had and never wishing for more. Mom loved her role as a mother, always putting her children first. Mom was active in Girl Scouts, PTA, homeroom mothers, band, and athletic boosters. When asked, our mother considered her children her greatest accomplishment. Our mother is survived by children, Vickie (Vern) Hill, Janet (Rob) Carr, Joseph (Stacey) Krish, and David (Michelle) Krish, and her grandchildren, Madeline, Maegan, Matthew, Emily, Kathleen, Paul, William, Mackenzie, and Samuel; and her great-grandchildren, Macy, Reese, Weston, and Emery. She will be greatly missed. There will be no funeral. Family and friends are invited to an informal gathering at Brick Street Grill in Grand Blanc, MI on Sunday, September 4, 2016 from 12-3pm.
