Not sure what to say?

Jane,we just heard from Mrs. Scottino that Bob had passed away. Jim and I send our condolences. In September 2013 our Dad passed at age 101 and we had the pleasure of meeting Maddie at Moore Funeral and discovered she was a relative. we are sorry that we did not visit you when we were in town. Bob was a fantastic leader. I remember him in CYO and when we needed legal advice, he was there! Our prayers and thoughts are with you.

Jane, sorry to hear about Bob. Hope your family is taking care of you. He's with Bobby and they're looking over you. God bless you.

Bob was a great advocate for the City of Arlington. I am thankful for all he did for us in the city. My condolences to Jane and the McFarland family.

I only had the pleasure of meeting you once, but you left a great impression on me. I was proud to tell people I knew a person who was so important as a State Senator and Legslature, and that honor will continue despite your passing. You were a great man who did great things that changed the lives of many. God Bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I only had the opportunity and the pleasure to meet you one time, but I deeply appreciate everything you did for Arlington and for the State of Texas as a Senator and Legislature. I was proud to tell people that I had the pleasure of meeting you in person, and that will continue even with your passing. Great love to you and your family.

I am deeply saddened by the news of Bob's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Janey, I'm so sorry to hear about Bob. he was as you know a very special person and will be missed. Over the last few days I've told many a Sen. Slick story and even in this time of sorrow, I have found myself laughing and reminiscing over many of our excursions. He made the State of Texas and me better by him being here. Danny
