To the Taugher family: I worked with Eleanor at the Workers Compensation Board in Binghamton. What a special lady, Eleanor was, so beautiful on the inside, and also so beautiful on the outside. She would have lunch with us on some days and we always had many laughs with her at our lunch table. We really enjoyed her company. She was truly a very special soul! Wishing you peace, comfort and strength
