I just learned of Sister's passing.
Sister Josephine was one of the best teachers at MAA when I attended from 1955-59. I had her for Science and Biology and she was an excellent teacher with a wonderful sense of humor. My sympathy to her family. May God rest her soul.

My sympathy and prayers are with Sr. Josephine's family. She taught me at Mt. Assisi and was a favorite teacher of mine! Besides subject areas, she taught me a lot about God and life itself! I truly remember so many special times in her classroom. Her classes were always fun as Sister Josephine had a great sense of humor!
