Not sure what to say?

Bernie and my late husband Jack Jaqua were friends as well as partners at Sullivan and Cromwell. Together with Cissy, we shared many interests and adventures, in NYC, in Amagansett at their charming beach house, and in London where Jack was assigned to manage the S&C office.
I am sure Bernie's legacy, serving the law, mentoring young associates will be a role model for those who follow in his steps.
With sympathy and kind thoughts for his family...
Mary Jaqua

What a full and wonderful life Bernie lived. Remembering him with fondness and sending our most sincere sympathy from all of us Einhorns. Gail and Seth, you are in our thoughts. May his memory be a blessing.

We did not know Bernie very well but we do feel his loss very deeply. Our sincerest condolences to Elsie and all the family.
Jackie and Stanley Feldman

Bernie created an extraordinary life through his brilliance and dedication. And he and Cissy created an extraordinary family through their love and strength. Gail and Seth, you reflect the values they raised you with. You're brilliant, honest, kind, and devoted to making other people's lives better. As you pass these values to the next generation, Bernie and Cissy's legacy lives on.

So much love to all the AIdinoffs and their lucky extended families of Portnoys and Scovells.

So sorry for your loss, Gail. May his memory be a blessing.

We will miss Bernie and cherish the time we had together.
Love to all,
Philippa, Larry, Alex, Harry & Zachary
