I was shocked and saddened to hear of Bill's passing not an hour before the service. I did get to reception clean-up but missed remembrances...I will have to come up with some of my own. As "Joe Public" I (still) attend the historical commission meetings, but always looked forward to hear what thoughtful and keen solution Bill would come up with for a case back in the day. Living on the block, I often bumped into him walking his dog. He always had time to talk about previous deliberations and...
