Sad to hear of her passing. I was one of her many students at Plainfield Elementary in the 1980s. I remember her fondly. She knew the name of every student and even knew what bus each one was supposed to be on at the end of the day. She was a very kind soul.

A True Lady! Joan and Charlie would often stop in to see us when in Lyme. I know that if Ron were still with us he would join me in saying "fly high Joan- and ski the hell out of those beautiful heavenly hills with Charlie and the Over The Hill Gang."
