I am so saddened, I just found this now. I wish I knew earlier he was such a great friend in an inspiration to all.

So sorry to hear this! I was fortunate to be the recipient of some of Walters great advice. I loved his “what can I do for you?” Attitude. He did amazing things for the regional center. What a man. He will be missed. Peace to his family.

I met Mr Levine in July 2011, here in Arkansas, immediately following the passing of my husband, and Mr Levine was very kind and we formed a friendship that was very special, as was he. I am very sad to learn of his departure but am very happy to have been fortunate to call him a friend. He was so very special. He will be greatly missed.

I will forever be grateful for him, and the fact that we reconnected. My heart breaks for the family losing such a man, my heart breaks for all of his friends (most of whom he referred to as family anyway) for their...
