Joyce was a Life Member of our Association and she will be remembered fondly for her warmth, kindness, and professionalism. We have made a memorial contribution in her honor to the REALTORS Community Endowment Fund. The Fund supports housing and shelter needs in West Michigan communities.

Joyce and the Kocher family have been a part of my life since kindergarten. Of all our neighbor families, I always felt closest to the Kocher clan - and I'm terribly sorry for your loss.

We have not known Joyce for a long time but already miss her beautiful smile and lively personality.

She was an amazing women who I was so blessed to have met.

To Joyce's children; We are thinking of you and what your mother was to you, as well as to her many friends in the community. We have the privilege of knowing her because of our son, Jim, and his stories about fixing the washer or whatever, as well as his news about the members of the family. In our sadness, we also know that what she gave to others can't be duplicated.
