Mabel Virgina Carter

I never met Ms. Carter. My heart was touched reading about her. What a wonderful life and soul. God certainly blessed her and all of you.

So sorry to hear of her passing. Such an inspiring woman! She will surely be missed by all.

I am a friend of her daughter Ruth, who ALWAYS gave her Mother credit for supporting her creativity. Mrs Mabel planted a seed, nurtured it´s growth and that loving effort produced a 2 time Oscar WINNER!!! What a BLESSING to have lived to have seen her children SHINE, and leave her mark on her Church, community and the City of Springfield....a life WELL LIVED!!
