Not sure what to say?

My family and I knew Skip at Grant Avenue Presbyterian Church. We all admired her devotion to her husband during his struggle with ALS. She was blessed to be a blessing to all who knew her. May she rest in peace. My deepest sympathy to the family.
(I am sorry this is belated, but I just heard about her passing.)

A Very Happy New Year, Mom, in Your New Home

Merry Christmas Mom

I met Mrs. Hansen as a young child at West End elementary school. She always made me feel comfortable whenever I had to go to the office for something.

I am sorry for the delay in writing as I just heard about Mrs. Hansen's passing. She was a great lady who was a big part of my youth as she was great friends with my aunt Marie and was, along with her husband, very involved with Washington Rock Pop Warner football. She always had a smile and some free advice. She will be missed.

The world is a little less bright today with Skip's passing. She will always be remembered as a wise, gentle, caring soul who put others first. I have many fond memories of times spent with her during my childhood. My condolences go out to the entire Hansen family.

You will be missed as you touched so many people in positive ways. RIP and god bless

Then as a college student I had the pleasure of substitute teaching and she was the person who called to fill the slots. As a young adult I still loved popping in to see her if I was subbing at West End. Maybe I knew her a little more than some children because of my Dad, but she was a special lady and I know I was blessed to...
